Celeste B. Ponvelle, CCS-P

Celeste serves as SourceGroup's chief Operations & Compliance Officer. She has worked in healthcare administration since 1991 and has served SourceGroup since 2001. Prior to joining SourceGroup, she served in various healthcare management capacities with Family Doctor Clinic and Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. At TRMC, Celeste coordinated staffing, billing and administrative requirements for the employed physician staff. Celeste has direct management responsibility for all aspects of SourceGroup's client revenue cycles.

Celeste is credentialed by GE Medical Systems, Harris CareTracker, and the American Health Information & Management Association (AHIMA). She also serves as SourceGroup's Regulatory Compliance Officer.

Ross Landry

Ross serves as SourceGroup’s EHR Implementation and Technical Support Specialist. Ross is a 2014 graduate of Nicholls State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Graphic Design. Ross also earned his Level 2 certification in both EHR and Practice Management implementation and management from Harris CareTracker. He is directly responsible for the implementation, training, and support of all clients using the Harris CareTracker EHR product, as well as technical support for all SourceGroup clients. Additionally, he is responsible for all company marketing and development efforts.

In 2015 Harris CareTracker selected SourceGroup CBO for its coveted Harris CareTracker Dashboard Award. In the selection process, Harris CareTracker evaluated annual user production criteria and a performance metrics specific to a successful practice accounts receivable management process.
